If you asked me what my favorite Vonnegut book is, the answer would depend on what day it is. Today is Wednesday, so Cat's Cradle is my favorite novel by Vonnegut. It is one of his funniest. It's one of his most truthful despite that it is full of lies. It's one of his most cheerful which is weird considering it involves the end of the world. It takes on religion, science, politics and midgets with only the midget coming out unscathed. Hell. I have no idea what I'm talking about. You are better off reading Manny's review if you really want to know what this little subversive novel is about.
